When do connects reset?
Free connects reset on the 1st of every month. Purchased connects never expire. Subscribers get their monthly connects added on their billing date.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Do connects get refunded when I withdraw a proposal?
Yes! If you withdraw a proposal before the client responds, connects are fully refunded. If your proposal is rejected, connects are not refunded.
What happens to my plan if I downgrade?
Your features stay active until your billing period ends. After that, you move to the free tier automatically.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a trial, but the free tier is genuinely useful. You can start earning before upgrading.
How is the sliding scale fee calculated?
On the free tier: you pay 15% until you earn ₹7.5L lifetime, then 10% until ₹15L, then 5% forever. Subscribers pay a flat rate regardless of earnings.
