By accessing FreelanceX, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
FreelanceX is a marketplace connecting freelancers and clients. All transactions must occur through the platform. Off-platform payments are prohibited.
Freelancers are charged a 10% platform fee (sliding to 5% after Rs 7.5L earned). Clients are charged a 3% escrow funding fee. First 3 months are fee-free for freelancers.
Clients must fund escrow before work begins. Funds are released only upon milestone approval. Disputes are resolved by FreelanceX within 10 business days.
Users may not attempt to circumvent platform fees, post false information, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables. FreelanceX retains no rights to work product created on the platform.
FreelanceX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
